Meet The Doctor
Andrew Soderholm, DDS
Andrew was born and raised in Alexandria, MN. After graduating from Jefferson in 2002 he went on to undergraduate college at the University of North Dakota and Bethel University. He married Brita Soderholm (Eggen) also born and raised in Alex, in the summer of 2004.
He was one of a select few to be accepted to the University of MN School of Dentistry prior to receiving his undergraduate degree. He graduated in the top 5% of his class in 2009 and was honored with the Henry B. Clark Jr. Memorial award by the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for exceptional ability and potential in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
After dental school, he attended a 4-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI. While there he was trained in full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on office-based anesthesia, dentoalveolar surgery and dental implants. He was also trained extensively in orthognathic corrective jaw surgery and in the management of facial trauma and pathology. His training has uniquely prepared him for excellence in patient care.
Andrew and Brita have 3 children: Kasey, Matty, and Cedric. They love their hometown of Alexandria where they grew up. You may find Andrew trying to keep up with Brita on the running trails, but his true passions and hobbies involve fishing and hunting in the outdoors.
Andrew is honored to serve the wonderful people in this community.
